MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
ESTABLISHMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
On April 2, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8 10 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Taylor, Jerry
Raymond, Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a aiblic Hearing to consider applications
for the establishment of an Economic Development Corporation pursuant to Act 338,
Michigan Public Acts of 197-I-, as amended.
There were approximately ten persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 53 P. M., April 2, 1979.
