MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED USE OF
FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
On October 15, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 00 P M . Roll was called and present were
Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Robert
R Bishop. Absent. Jerry Raymond and Peter A. Ventura.
There were approximately ten people present
The President stated that under the Federal Revenue Sharing Act
must hold Public Hearing on the proposed use of Federal Revenue Sharing Funds
before the Public Hearing on the Budget is held
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:O4 P. M , October 15, 1979.
