MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 78-4-2-11 (Waiver Use)
On January 29, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at 7 43 P. M Present
Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett
and Robert R Bishop Absent Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Concrete Control Corporation, requesting permission to
park trucks and construction equipment as a waiver use on property zoned M-1 and
located on the west side of Brookfield between Capitol and Plymouth Road in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, City of Livonia
The petitioner did not appear There was no one in the audieoce.
Questions and comments were given due consideration by the Council, a
transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7^50 P M. , January 29, 1979
