MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STREET LIGHTING IN BROOKWOOD WEST SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 11
On March 20, 1978, the above hearing was held at City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 16 P M. Present: Robert E McCann,
Peter A. Ventura, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop and Jerry Raymond
Absent. Jerry H. Brown and Robert F Nash
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the
Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special
Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is
opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of
street lighting in Brookwood West Subdivision in the S W 1/4 of
Section 11, City of Livonia
There was no one in attendance
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 P.M., March 20, 1978.
