MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 78-1-2-1 (Waiver Use)
On April 17, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 9.50 P. M. Present. Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Jerry
Brown, Robert F Nash and. Jerry Raymond Absent--Robert R. Bishop and Peter A
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Thomas S Thompson and James LeCourt requesting permission
to construct a restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned. C-2 and located on the
southeast corner of Plymouth Road and. Garden in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 36,
City of Livonia.
There were approximately 25 people present.
Questions and, comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:00 P M. , April 17, 1978
