ES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 78-4-2-10 (Waiver Use)
On July 24, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at 8.36 P M Present.
Robert F. Nash, Jerry H Brown, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura and. Robert R Bishop.
Absent. Robert E McCann and Robert D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Fred J. Armour, requesting permission to construct a restaurant
as a waiver use on property zoned. C-2 and located on the west side of Merriman Road,
north of Plymouth Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, City of Livonia.
There were approximately seven people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 00 P M , July 24, 1978.
