MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING WITH UNDERGROUND WIRING IN
TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION (EXCLUDING ANY LIGHTS ON LYNDON AVENUE)
IN SECTION 20
On December 18, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 07 P M. Present Robert E McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D. Taylor,
Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent Peter A Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for
the installation of ornamental street lighting with underground wiring in
Tanglewood Subdivision (excluding any lights on Lyndon Avenue) in the East 1/2 of
Section 20, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 10 P. M. , December 18, 1978.
