MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF CARDWELL AVENUE FROM JOY ROAD TO WEST CHICAGO

33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 06 P M Present Robert E McCann, Jerry H Brown, Jerry
Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R Bishop Absent Robert F Nash and
Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the improvement of
Cardwell Avenue from Joy Road to West Chicago in the City of Livonia
There were approximately sixty people present

The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9•10 P. M. , January 16, 1978.
