MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED USE OF
F F I)ERAL REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
On October 10, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8•41 P M Roll was called and present were
Peter A Ventura, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert R Bishop and
Robert D Bennett Absent Robert E McCann
There were approximately fifty people present
The Vice President stated that under the new Federal Revenue Sharing
Act must hold public hearing on the proposed use of Federal revenue sharing before
the public hearing on the budget is held
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 00 P M , October 10, 1977
