MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTING IN SEVEN MIT,R SUPER HIGHWAY SUB.
AND STAMFORD ESTATES SUB IN THE N E. 1/4 OF SECTION 9
On March 14, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 9:32 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H Brown,
Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett. Absent--None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of
ornamental street lighting with underground wiring in Seven Mile Super Highway
Subdivision and Stamford Estates Subdivision in the N E. 1/4 of Section 9, City of
Livonia
There was no one in attendance
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 33 P M , March 14, 1977
