MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 76-10-8-21P (Waiver Use)
On February 14, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 58 P M Present Robert E McCann, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura,
Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent* Robert F Nash and Jerry Brown.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Michael Vorgitch, requesting approvalpof all plans required
by Section 18 58 of Ordinance 543 in connection with a proposal to construct
commercial stores on the southwest corner of Ann Arbor Road and Knolson in Section 31,
City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10:20 P M , February 14, 1977
