1 S OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT
OF MORLOCK AVENUE, EAST OF MIDDLEBELT ROAD, IN THE N. W. 1/4 OF SECTION 1
On March 21, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 11:07 P. M Present: Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown,
Jerry Raymond, Peter A. Ventura, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for road improvement of
Morlock Avenue, east of Middlebelt Road, in the N. W 1/4 of Section 1, City of
Livonia.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 11:33 P. M , March 21, 1977.
