MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY
L FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS ON CAVELL AVENUE
IN THE N. E. 1/4 OF SECTION 36
On August 2, 1976, the above hearing was held at the City Eiall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilman Raymond at
8:00 P M. Present: Jerry Raymond Absent Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash,
Jerry H Brown, Peter A Ventura, Robert R Bishop and. Robert D Bennett
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for installing ornamental
street lighting with underground wiring on Cavell Avenue, between Plymouth Road and.
L West Chicago, located in the N E 1/4 of Section 36, City of Livonia
There were approximately sixteen people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 20 P M , August 2, 1976
