MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 74-10-2-20 (Waiver Use)
On July 21, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8.08 P M. Present. Robert F Nash, Robert D. Bennett, Peter A. Ventura, and
Jerry Raymond. Absent. Jerry Brown, Robert E McCann and Robert R. Bishop
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Architectural Engineering Services, Inc. , requesting
permission to construct a Wendy's of Livonia Restaurant as a waiver use on property
zoned C-2 and located on the west side of Merriman Road between Five Mile Road
and Myrna in the East 1/2 of Section 15, City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 29 P. M. , July 21, 1975.
