HomeMy WebLinkAboutELEC COMM 1956-07-20 MINUTP 1 -:1 : i: =N COTTUSSIONL : OO ( : 1L1 July 20, 1)56 A meeting of the Election Commissioon of the City of Livonia was held on Friday, July 20, 1956, at 11:00 A.M. at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at which time all of the members of said Coralission: William I. Brash ear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk William N. Ponder - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter Iii of the Charters the City Clerk pre- sided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission. Careful consideration was given to the matter of appointing a board of Imiinspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act 271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1955, as amended, to function as such at a general primary election, to be held August 7, 1956. un motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried by the affirmative vote of all three members of the Commission, it was RESOOVED, that the following respective persons are hereby appointed members of the following respective election precincts of the City of Livonia: Pct. #1 Chm.
