Home My WebLink AboutELEC COMM 1960-10-19 MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA October 19, 1960 A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on Wednesday, October 19, 1960, at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at approxi mately 9:05 A. M., at which time and place all of the members of said Commissions William W. Brashear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk Rodney C. Kropf - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission. Careful consideration was given to the matter of appointing a Board of Inspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act No. 271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1959, as anended, to function as such at the General Election to be held November 8, 1960. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried by the affirmative vote of all three members of the Commission, it was RiSOLVED that, the following respective persons are hereby appointed members of the following respective election precincts of the City of Livonia: Pct. #1 Chrm.
