Home My WebLink AboutELEC COMM 1961-08-21 taw MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA August 21, 1961 A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on Monday, August 21, 1961, at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at 11:00 A. M., at which time and place the following members of said Commission: William W. Brashear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk were present. Absent: Rodney C. Kropf, City Attorney. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Caamnission. Careful consideration was given to the matter of appointing a Board of Inspectors of Election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act No. 271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1959, as amended, to function as such at the State Election to be held September 12, 1961. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried by the affirmative vote of the members present, it was RESOLVED that, the following respective persons are hereby appointed members of the following respective election precincts of the City of Livonia: Pct. #1 Chrm.
