Home My WebLink AboutELEC COMM 1983-06-06 • • MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on June 6, 1983 at the Livonia Civic Center Building, 33000 Civic Center Drive, at approximately 8:45 A. M. , at which time and place the following members of said Commission were present: Edward H. McNamara Mayor Harry Tatigian City Attorney Robert F. Nash City Clerk Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter of the City of Livonia, City Clerk Robert F. Nash presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission. Upon a motion by Commissioner McNAmAra, supported by Commissioner Nash, and unanimously adopted, it was RESOLVED, that the Election Inspectors listed on the schedule attached hereto, and made a part of these minutes, are duly appointed to the City Election Boards for the Livonia Public Schools and Schoolcraft Community College Election to be held on June 13, 1983. Upon a motion by commissioner McNemAra, supported by Commissioner Nash, and unanimously adopted, it was RESOLVED, that the compensation of the day of June 13, 1983 be $50.00 for Inspectors, $60.00 for Chairmen, and further, that each appointed member required to attend an instruction meeting be reimbursed at the rate of $5.00 per meeting There being no further business to come before the Commission, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 A M., June 6, 1983 "Wil'112eil/4(1-1 ROBERT F.
