MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING

On January 14, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 9 50 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert E. McCann,
Robert D. Bennett, Robert Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond. Absent
Robert F Nash
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
necessity for installing street lighting with underground wiring in Nottingham
Iftir Woods West No 3 Subdivision in Section 9, City of Livonia.
There were approximately six people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 51 P. M , January 14, 1974
