MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 73-5-2-10 (Waiver Use)

On August 13, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 00 P. M Present Robert F Nash, Edward G.
Milligan, Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry
Raymond. Absent Jerry Brown.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 513, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Mr. Ken Morris requesting
permission to construct and operate a Bonanza Restaurant as a waiver use on
L property zoned C-2 and located on the north side of Plymouth Road between
Merriman and. Melrose in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27 , City of Livonia
There were approximately forty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 07 P. M , August 13, 1973.
