MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 72-5-2-12 (Waiver Use)
On January 8, 1)73, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 10 06 P. M Present Robert F. Nash, Edward
G. Milligan, Robert E. McCann, Jerry U Brown, Peter A Ventura, and Jerry
Raymond Absent Robert D Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Stanley E. Hayes, Inc to
lease tractors, trucks and U-Haul trailers as a waiver use on property zoned
C-2 and located on the west side of Middlebelt Road between Five Mile Road and
Lyndon in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 23, City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 25 P. M. , January 8, 197.
