HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-01-14 NECESSITY FARGO AVE 12749 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS ON FARGO AVENUE (WOODLORE CONDOMINIUMS), LOCATED IN SECTION 3 On February 14, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8:40 P.M. Present: Edward Milligan, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry H. Brown, and Jerry Raymond. Absent: Robert F. Nash, and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on Necessity for installing street lights on Fargo Avenue (Woodlor© Condominiums), located in Section 3, City of Livonia. There were approximately thirty persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
