MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION NO. 66-10-1-30
LOn May 10, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilman Kleinert at
approximately 8:06 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, and
Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash and
Jack Salvadore.
Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, the
City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the
hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all
other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been flffilled.
Councilman Kleinert stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the City
Zoning Act, (M.S.A. Section 5.2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is hold-
ing a public hearing relative to a request for a change of zoning within the City.
Petition 66-10-1-30, for a change of zoning in Section 14 from RUFA to C-2,
submitted by William N. Ponder for Donald E. Green and Lloyd J. Dunn, 29425 Six Mile,
Livonia, Michigan.
Mr. William Ponder, representing the petitioner, was the only person in the
audience.
There were no comments regarding the above petition and the public hearing
was declared closed at 8:09 P. M., May 10, 1967.
