MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY RELATIVE TO INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS
IN ARBOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND ARBOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 2 IN SECTION
31, ALSO BUREAU OF TAXATION PARCELS 31T2al, 31T3al, 31EE1, AND 31FF1a-FF2a1
On May 3, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the
Council at approximately 8:06 P. M. Present--Robert F. Nash, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Peter A. Ventura, Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond,
and Jack Salvadore.
The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for
the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assess-
ment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to the property owner in accordance with said
Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council was opening a public hearing for the
purpose of determining the necessity for the installation of street lights in
Arbor Estates Subdivision and Arbor Estates Subdivision No. 2 in Section 31, also
Bureau of Taxation Parcels 31T2al, 31T3al, 31EE1, and 31FFla-FE 1 in Section 31 in
the City of Livonia.
There were no comments regarding this petition as the three people in the
audience were present for the following hearing.
The public hearing was declared closed at 8:09 P. M. , May 3, 1967.
