HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-09-07 PETITION 1966-06-02-12 Page 8122 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 66-6-2-12 (Waiver Use) SECTION 33, CITY OF LIVONIA On September 7, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:20 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Edward H. McNamara, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Jack Salvadore. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Livonia Coin Wash, Inc., 11018 Auburndale, Livonia, Michigan, requesting permission to construct an automatic coin operated car wash as a waiver use on prop- erty zoned C-2 and located on the South side of Plymouth Road between Farmington and Stark Roads (Parcel 33D) in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 33. There were five people present in the audience. The Hearing was postponed at 8:22 P. M. to await the arrival of Ronald R. Stempien, attorney for the petitioner. When Mr. Stempien did not arrive by 8:37 P. M., the Hearing was resumed. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 8:47 P. M., September 7, 1966. ADDISON W. BACON, 114 =rk
