MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL,
RELATIVE TO PAVING ON AMRHEIN ROAD, FROM TgVAN
ROAD TO APPROXIMATELY 1710 FEET EAST OF ECKLES
ROAD (PART I), CITY OF LIVONIA
On August 2, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and 'Aas called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8:10 P. M. Present--Rudolf R Kleinert, Charles J Pinto, James R
McCann and Edward G Milligan Absent--Edward H McNamara, John F Dooley and Peter A
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making
of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a
Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing
duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 401,
as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of review-
ing the assessment roll for installation of paving on Amrhein Road, from Levan Road
to approximately 1710 feet east of Eckles Road, in the City of Livonia
Questions, comments and communications by irterested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at
8:15 P. M. , August 2, 1965
