PUBLIC HEARING
October 27,1965
Proposed Budget for the Period Beginning
December 1, 1965, to November 30, 1966
Pursuant to Section 4 and 5, Chapter VII of the Charter of the City of
Livonia, a Public Hearing was held on October 27, 1965, at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, on the proposed budget of the City of Livonia for the
year commencing December 1, 1965, and ending November 30, 1966 The public hearing
was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 7 35 P. M.
Members present were• Rudolf R Kleinert, Peter A Ventura, Charles J Pinto, Edward G
Milligan and Edward H McNamara. Absent James R McCann and John F Dooley
The City Clerk presented to the Council satisfactory evidence that proper
notice of this public hearing had been duly published at least one week in advance
of such hearing by the City Clerk in the Livonia-Observer, the official newspaper, and
that there had been full compliance with the provisions of the City Charter
Due consideration was given by the Council to questions and comments on the
proposed budget
The President declared the public hearing closed at approximately 7.48 P. M.,
October 27, 1965
