CERTIFICATION
I, Marie W. Clark, duly elected and qualified City Clerk of the City of
Livonia, do hereby certify that each and every action of the City Council as set
forth on pages numbered 4596 through 4611, Journal of Council Proceedings, Vo1.19,
is a true and correct transcript of resolutions and ordinances acted upon by the
Council of the City of Livonia on November 28, 1960, at the 321st regular meeting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto affix my signature and the official seal
