PUBLIC iEARING
November 6, 1958
Proposed Budget for the Period Beginning
December 1, 1958, to November 30, 1959
Pursuant to Sections 4 and 5, Chapter VIII of the Charter of the City
of Livonia, a Public Hearing was held on the proposed budget of the City of Livonia
for the year commencing December 1, 1958, and ending November 30, 1959. Members of
the Council present were: Austin T. Grant, James R. McCann, Frank O'Neill, Rudolf
R. Kleinert and Sydney B. Bagnall, Absent-- Robert Sasser and Jack Salvadore.
The City Clerk presented to the Council satisfactory evidence that proper
notice of this public hearing had been duly published at least one week in advance
of such hearing by the City Clerk in The Livonian, the official newspaper, and that
there had been full compliance with the provisions of the City Charter.
Due consideration was given by the Council to questions and comments on
the proposed budget.
On motion by Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman McCann and
unanimously adopted, the Public Hearing was declared adjourned at approximately
8:15 P. M., November 6, 1958.
