PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF LIVONIA.
PROPOSED BUDGET, December 1, 1957, to November 30, 1958.
November 21, 1957
The President of the Council stated that the hour of 8:30 o'clock P. M.,
having arrived, a public hearing would be held on the proposed budget of the City of
Livonia for the year commencing December 1, 1957, and ending November 30, 1958, pur-
suant to Sections 4 and 5, Chapter VIII of the Charter of the City of Livonia. Mem-
bers of the Council present were: Austin T. Grant, Sydney B. Bagnall„ Peter A.
Ventura, John T. Daugherty and David L. Jones. Absent-- ikidolf R. Kleinert and
Frank O'Neill,
The City Clerk, Marie W. Clark, presented to the Council satisfactory
evidence that proper notice of this public hearing had been duly published at least
one week in advance of such hearing by the City Clerk in The Livonian, the official
newspaper, and that there had been full compliance with the above provisions of the
Charter.
Due consideration by the Council was given to questions and comments on
the proposed budget.
The President declared the public hearing on the proposed budget of the
City of Livonia for the year ending November 30, 1958, closed at 8:52 P. M.)
November 21, 1957.
