PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVIEWING
THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PAVING OF GRANDON
May 12, 1255
President Daugherty stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 31, of the City of Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing duly published and sent to property croziers in accordance with
Section 12 of said Ordinance, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public
Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Special Assessment Roll for the paving
of Grandon Avenue.
The following people asked ouestions and made comments on this matter,
which were givaadue consideration by the Council:
Dyer Baird, 21108 Fenkell
Robert Miller, 31231 Grandon
John 01Bey, 30733 Grandon
M. Long, 30779 Grandon
Mrs. J. Hill, 9230 Merriman
It was moved by Councilman Jones and seconded by Councilman Killam
that the Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the Assessment Roll for the
paving of Grandon be closed, the time being 8:27 P. M. , May 12, 1955. Motion
carried.
