MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED ONE HUNDRED FIFTEENTH REGULAR
ILO MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On April 10, 1954, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at approximately 9.00 A M , by the
Vice-President of the Council, Wilson W. Edgar Roll was called with the follow-
ing result: Present-- Wilson W Edgar, Raymond E Grimm, Harold Bower and Nettie
Carey Absent-- John W.Whit ehead, Harry S Wolfe and William J Taylor.
Vice President Edgar stated that the sole purpose of this meeting is to
read and approve the minutes of the previous sessions of this 115th regular meeting.
Thereupon the City Clerk commenced to read the minutes of this 115th regular meet-
ing of the Council of the City of Livonia, including the sessions held on March 22,
1954, April 6, 1954, April 7, 1954 and April 8, 1954 Council President Harry S
Wolfe and Councilman John W Whitehead arrived during the reading of the minutes
Li and thereafter both of them participated in this meeting to the conclusion thereof.
By Councilman Grimm, seconded by Councilman White head, it was
#1006 RESOLVED, that the minutes of the 115th regular meeting of
the Council of the City of Livonia, including the sessions held on
March 22, April 6, 7 and 8, which minutes appear on pages 1406 to
1437, inclusive, of the Minute Book, including the minutes of this
last session of said meeting held on this 10th day of April, 1954, be
and hereby are fully accepted and approved in each and every respect
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result.
AYES. Grimm, Bower, Whitehead, Carey, Edgar and Wolfe
NAYS• None
On motion of Councilman Grimm, seconded by Councilman Bower, this 115th
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia was duly adjourned, the time
of this final adjournment being 10.22 A M , on April 10, 1954

MAYOR'S APPROVAL OF COUNCIL ACTION AND
WAIVER OF RIGHT OF VETO
I, the undersigned, Jesse Ziegler, Mayor of the City of Livonia,
do hereby approve each and every one of the acts and Resolutions of the
City Council, as stated in the foregoing minutes of the 115th Regular meet—
ing and all the adjournments thereof, and do hereby waive my right of veto
as to each arra every one of said acts and Resolutions
