Motion 11-17 -1 was made by C Spurling and seconded by J Vafentine to approve the
minutes of the meeting held on October 27, 2015 Approved
Treasurer Report:
Swish — $0 (zero) left in General Fund Year to date total spent out of Arts Commission
Trust account is $8,382
Motion 11-17-2 was made to Approved by Eno and second by Bosak to received and
filed Approved
Gallery/City Hall
Gallery
Karczewski- Gallery—November's exhibit is Reunion by artist Estep, Morawski,
Moucoulis and Olson Schoolcraft College teachers December will host Chuck
Schroeder His media is Pen and Ink.
J/P Valentine- City Hall Lobby-
Joan Haber, Art Teacher from Holmes Middle School, is displaying student art work in
November There was short reception before Tuesday's meeting at 6 00 pm in the City
Hall Atrium In December, the Lobby is decorated by Livonia DPS for the tree lighting

C Spurling —The Arts Commission Scholarship Application is ready and can be found
on Livonia Arts Commission Facebook, City of Livonia Facebook, and City of Livonia
site Applications are due by postmark date of 2-19-16 Interviews to be held March 1 gtn

Social Media Leeper� Leeper emailed in her report: Facebook 4 new likes, Creative
Many (formerly Art Serve) is now following the Livonia Arts Commission She
advertised on Facebook for MFTH applicants to email in their promo information
Leeper would still like to put BIOS on all the commissioners together to publish in
January, 2016
Old Business —
Environmental Sculpture Progress on hold until Spring of 2016
Arts 8� Crafts Show Tabled until January of 2016 J Valentine will forward letter from
Three Cities Festival of the Arts for our review
Reflections Commission will �ury the contest after the Friday December 11th meeting
Duggan will once again host the�urying at his house after the meeting
New Business
Welcome Back, Virginia Bosak to the Arts Commission
Officer Election Motion 11-17-3 was made by Eno and seconded by J Valentine to
keep the same officers Chairperson B Duggan, Vice Chairperson D Spurling,
Secretary C Spurling, Motion approved
Storage Unit: Swish announced that the storage unit at Farmington and I-96 must be
emptied and all items that belong to the Arts Commission moved to the City Hall Annex
Motion 11-17-4 by C Spurling and seconded by P Valentine to ad�ourn meeting at 7 57
p m Motion approved
