Meeting was called to Order at 7 07 P M
Approval of October 6, 2015 Minutes A Motion to approve the minutes as written was made
by Commissioner Claypoole and seconded by Comm�ssioner Gostias Motion carried
Financial Report:
A Passbook Account Balance $ 7,303 00
B Trust Fund Account Balance $ 17,216 39
Announcements and Communications
None
Old Business
A. Holiday Program—Santa has been confirmed and will be at the Holiday Party both days
Commissioner Spurling advised that the Face Painters have been confirmed Livonia
Youth Assistance and Livonia Police Reserves will provide helpers on both Saturdays All
commissioners are requested to be present during both weekends for set up on Friday
and the Event on Saturday Dates are Saturday November 14th and Saturday Novernber

B. I-Pad Venture- Commissioner Claypoole said that during a previous meeting, it was
discussed about donating I-Pads to Hospitals for children going through Chemo She
checked with Apple Computers to see if they could discount the cost. Apple does not
formally do this

New Business
A. Arbor Day Tree Program — Commissioner Balcoff requested that someone take over
this program He will run it one more year but would like to guide the new person
through it this upcoming year Commissioner Balcoff suggested purchasing Redbud
Trees for next year's Arbor Day Tree Program
B. Set up Meeting Schedule for next year

Adjournment:A motion to adjourn at 7 30 P M was made by Commissioner Gostias and
seconded by Commissioner Claypoole Motion carried
Next Meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, February 2nd at 6 30 P M
