OF THE LIVONIA TRAFFIC COMMISSION
The 621St regular meeting of the Livonia Traffic Commission was held in the third floor conference room
at City Hall on Thursday, January 11, 2007 and called to order by Chairman Kevin Priddy.
PRESENT: Commissioners Kevin Priddy, Gordon Draper, Amy Kirksey, Joe Steele, Sergeant David Stuch.
The Commission reviewed the December 14, 2006 minutes. The Chairman announced that tonight's
agenda is now online on the Citys website as of today and that the minutes and agendas will be
published there on a monthly basis.
Upon a motion by Mr. Steele, seconded by Mr. Draper, and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED, That the minutes of the December 14, 2006 meeting be approved as presented.
The Commission discussed traffic control recommendations regarding sections 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 submitted
by Sergeant David Studt. After reviewing the various streets involved in these recommendations, the
Commission postponed approval until its next meeting February 8, 2007.
Upon a motion by Mr. Draper, seconded by Ms. Kirksey, and unanimously carried, it was
RESOLVED, That the following Traffic Control Orders submitted by the Police Department be approved
asfollows:
Traffic Control Order N06-33 Permanent Section 9
Post NO PARKING 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. SCHOOL DAYS at 17483 and 17647 Francavilla, making
Francavilla between 6 Mile and Myron a no parking zone during these hours. Remove supplemental
"BEGIN" and the NO PARKING sign at 17423 Francavilla.
Traffic Control Order N06-34 Permanent Section 34
Remove all NO PARKING signs on
Fairfield
from St. Michael's south property line to Orangelawn.
Traffic Control Order#06-35 permanent Section 14
Install YIELD for eastbound Wentworth at Henry Ruff
Upon a motion by Ms. Kiriv ey, seconded by Mr. Steele, and unanimously approved, it was:
RESOLVED, That the meeting be adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
