Motion 12-08-1 was made by Voran and seconded by P Valentine to approve the
minutes of the meeting held on November 17, 2015 Approved
Treasurer Report:
Swish —The new fiscal year started 12-1-15 $18,000 is available for the new budget

Gallery/City Hall
Karczewski- Gallery• Chuck Schroeder is exhibiting Ink/pencil in December In January,
The Monks & Friars Letterpress Club will display in the Gallery
J/P Valentine - City Hall - December is Holiday decorations and ornaments made by
children that attended Youth Commission Holiday party In January, Jill Cramb will be
displaying mixed media.

C Spurling —The Arts Commission Applications are ready and can be found on Livonia
Arts Commission Facebook, City of Livonia Facebook, and City of Livonia website
Applications are due in by postmark date of 2-19-16 Interviews to be held March 1 gtn_
April 3, 2016 Presentation of Scholarship winners will be Monday April 18, 2016 before
