Because there was not a quorum for the October 9, 2008 meeting, the Chairman
adjourned the meeting and the following items were forwarded to the Agenda of the
Traffic Commission meeting to be held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 7:30
p.m. in the third floor conference room of City Hall.
AGENDA
Approval of Minutes from the September 11, 2008 meeting.
Review request received from the Police Department for the following:
a. Remove NO PARKING on the west side of Brookfield, Five Mile to 200
feel south of Five Mile (TCO 76-1).
b. Remove NO PARKING on Hubbard, Five Mile to Jamison (TC0 71-
16).
c. Remove NO PARKING on south side of Jamison, Hubbard to Berwick
(TCO 96-08)
it. Remove NO PARKING on east side of Hubbard, Jamison to Barkley
(TCO 96-08).
3. Review Traffic Control Survey Recommendations regarding Section 2.
4. Review Traffic Control Survey Recommendations regarding Section 13.
5. Review Traffic Control Survey Recommendations regarding Section 24.
6. Request received from Andrea Kolhoff, President of Devon Aire Civic
Association, for installation of NO PARKING signs at the inside curve of
Hillcrest and Elmim and on Milburn between Plymouth and Elmim.
