Council Resolution from the meeting of November 17, 2010, with minutes to be approved December 1, 2010: #404-70, authorizing an agreement on behalf of the City of Livonia to execute a contract with Hartford Insurance Company to provide life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage for a three year period ending November 30, 2013. g. City of Livonia — and — Michigan AFSCME Council 25 MERC Case No. C07 G- 156 Decision and Order. h. Letters of November 30, 2010, to AFSCME Union Locals 192 and 1917 regarding the City's intention to terminate the respective bargaining agreements effective midnight November 30, 2010. 1.
