Illness leave.
2. Mary Lou Golan, Clerk -Typist 11, request for an unpaid medical leave of
absence.

Council Resolutions from the August 24, 2011 meeting, with minutes to be
approved Septem ber 7, 2011:
#266-11, concurring and approving the reduction in pay rates for Seasonal
Laborers, effective January 1, 2012, which rate reductions areas follows:

Letter of August 17, 2011, from Christopher Smith, Equipment Mechanic II, as approved for
submission by Brian Wilson, Superintendent of Public Service, requesting a waiver of the
residency requirement.
Proposed meeting schedule forthe Civil Service Commission for 2012.
