(1) Adriane Spencer, Deputy Clerk, request for a leave of absence from the
classified service.
(2) Kenneth Cannes, Public Service Worker II, request for an unpaid
medical leave of absence.

Council Resolution from the meeting of November 4, 2015, with minutes to be
approved November 16, 2015:
#333-15, concurring in and approving of the amendment to the Classification of
Positions Plan to re -title the classification of City Librarian to Library Director and
refers this matter to the Department of Law to prepare an appropriate ordinance
amendment to reference the new title.
Council Resolutions from the meeting of November 16, 2015, with minutes to be
approved December2, 2015:
#353-15, approving the reappointment of Ken Herb to the Livonia Brownfield
Redevelopment Authority for a term of three years, which will expire on
November24, 2018.
#354-15, approving the reappointment of William Fried, to the Livonia Brownfield
Redevelopment Authority for a term of three years, which will expire on
November24, 2018.
#358-15, approving the dates for City Council meetings for 2016, subject to
change with notice.
#366-15, appointing Adnane Spencer to the Office of Deputy City Clerk of the
City of Livonia for the period of December 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015.

Letter of December 2, 2015, from Donna McDowell, Co -Director, Community Resources,
requesting approval of Transit'Grant classifications pay rate increase effective December 1,
2015.
