Suzanne Yarbrough, 33428 Richland, a resident of Livonia for 13 years, said she
wonders why Livonia is number four (4) on the list of worst roads in the State of
Michigan. She named several streets within the City limits, many of which are County
Roads that are in desperate need of repair. She stated that she and some of her family
members have had suspension damage to their vehicles that, as implied by her, is a
result of the poor condition of the roads. She said it’s disturbing to see new courthouses
and sidewalks when nothing is being done to improve the roads within the City.
