MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LIVONIA
The special meeting of the Planning Commission of the
City of Livonia was held on the 20th of September 1950, at
the City Hall, 33110 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.
All members of the Commission had been duly notified
by telephone of the special meeting called for the purpose
of checking the September 1st statement presented for pay-
ment by Waring & Johnson, and. approving Petitions for a
Public Hearing.
The meeting was called to order at approximately 7:45 P.M.
by the Chairman, Mr. George Bentley. All members of the Com-
mission were present and Mr. Rilliam Brashear, City Attorney.
The Secretary presented the September 1st statement from
Waring & Johnsonfor approval. The City Clerk submitted the
past statement to the Commission for reviewing.
After a thorough discussion it was decided that Raring
E_. Johnson should render duplicate copies of all statements
presented to date, and in the future send statements in
duplicate and broken down in detail in order that the Planning
Commission can keep track of the cost of various plannings.
The assembly reviewed Petitions #13 and 14 asking for
reclassification of zoning. 1,r. Brashearsubmitted Petition `-15
regarding the minimum width of lots.
Upon a motion duly made by Harold Bower, seconded by
Clarence Jahn, and unanimously ca -pried, it was
RESOLVED, to turn over to Mr. I,illi.am Brashear,
City Attorney, Petitions ;1.3, 14 t 15 to be
prepared for Public Hearing being held on the
11th day of October, 1950, at the City Hall.
Upon a motion duly made by Harold Bower, seconded by Edwin

Conway, and unanimously carried, it was
RiESOLVED, to adjourn this meeting until the 27th
of September, 1950.
The meeting thereupon adjourned at approximately 8:30 P.M.
