boulevard, 120 foot or this one with an 86 foot right-of-way with

Mr. Walker asked whether they would have both access road and 34
ft. on the 86 ft . right-of-way. Mr. Gaeke answered just the access
roads .
Mr. Walker thought that the boulevard would be better.
Mr. Gaeke stated he felt if the Golf Course is ever developed
residential, the lot owners in the development would object to
ever improving Vayne since it would hurt such a desirable residen-
tial neighborhood.
Mr. Angevine asked if there was anyone in the audience w ho wished
to speak.
Mr. Clarence Priest, 35551 Six Mile Road, objected to any right-of-
way for Wayne Road greater than 6o ft.
Mr. Gaeke discussed the possibility of extending Wayne Road just
to Schoolcraft, that the City could channel through north/south
traffic into Levan and Farmington Roads rather than on Wayne Road.
Mr. Angevine stated this item would be taken under advisement.
