MINUTES OF THE 183RD SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF LIVONIA
On Saturday, June 13, 1964, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia
held the 183rd Special Meeting at the Engineering Building, 13325 Farmington Road,
Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Walker, Chairman called the meeting to order at approximately
10:40 a.m.
Members present: William Miller, Jr. Peggy Miquelon Bob Whitehead
Charles Walker , Donald Heusted Ray Tent
James Cameron
Members absent: R. L. Angevine
Mr. Walker, Chairman s;.r:.t_ed this meeting was called to order for the purpose
of hiring a City Planner. We have just interviewed Mr. Donald Hull and were filled
in on all details of the Civil Service examination and the interview of Mr. Hull
with the Special Committee. We wish to thank Mayor Moelke and Mr. Edward Milligan
for making this information available to the Commission. If there is no further
discussion the floor is open for a motion.
Upon a motion du-,: made by Mr. Tent, supported by Mrs. Miquelon, it was
6-108-64 RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does hereby enter into contract
with Mr. Donald Hull to represent them as a staff City Planner to start
4 no later than July 22, 1964 and whose salary will start at Step 3, Salary
Grade 187.
A roll call vote in the foregoing resolution resulted in the following:
AYES : Miquelon, Miller, Whitehead, Tent, Heusted, Cameron and Walker
NAYS : None
Mr, Walker, Chairm.IIL declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution
is adopted.
Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Whitehead, supported by Mr. Heusted and unanimously
adopted the City Planning Commission does hereby adjourn the 183rd Special Meeting
held on Saturday, June 13, 1964 at approximately 10:45 a.m.
