HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1964-08-18 • 4262 MINUTES OF THE 165TH REGULAR MEETING AND A PUBLIC HEARING BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA On Tuesdr , August 18, 1964, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held the 165th Regular Meeting and a Public Hearing at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Charles W. Walker, Chairman, called the 165th Regular Meeting to order at approximately 8:20 p.m. with approximately 15 interested persons present in the audience. Members present: James Cameron Bob R. Whitehead Charles W. Walker Donald Heusted Members absent: Raymond W. Tent R. L. Angevine Messrs. Don Hull, Planning Director, and Harry C. Tatigian, First Assistant City Attorney, were present. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Cameron, seconded by Mr. Whitehead and unanimously adopted, it was #8-157-64 RESOLVED that, because of the lack of a quorum present and it being impossible to have the 165th Regular Meeting of the City Planning Commission, the City Planning Commission does hereby resolve that the 165th Regular Meeting be continued on Tuesday, August 25, 1964 I: at 8:00 p.m. at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Walker, Chairman declared the motion is catried and the foregoing resolution is adopted. Mr.Charles W. Walker, Chairman, called the Public Hearing to order at approxi- mately 9:35 p.m. with approximately the same number of interested persons present in the audience as were present at the 165th Regular Meeting. Upon a motion duly made by M . Whitehead, supported by Mr. Cameron and unanimously adopted, it was #8-158-64 RESOLVED that, because of the lack of a quorum present and it being impossible to hold the Public Hearing of the City Planning Commission, the City Planning Commission does hereby resolve that the Public Hearing be continued on Tuesday, August 25, 1964 at 9:30 p.m. at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.
