HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1964-11-10 4022 1[: MINUTES OF THE 192ND SPECIAL MEETING AND A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA On Tuesday, November 10, 1964, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held the 192nd Special Meeting and a Public Hearing at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, LivoniaMichigan. Mr. Charles w. walker, Chairman, called the 192nd Special Meeting to order at approximately 8:30 p.m. with approximately 70 interested persons present in the audience. Members present: Bob R.Whitehead Charles W. Walker Donald Heusted Raymond W. Tent Members absent: James Cameron Messrs. Don Hull, Planning Director; John Nagy, Assistant Planning Director; and Milton Firestone, Assistant City Attorney, were present. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Whitehead, seconded by Mr. Tent and unanimously adopted, it was #11-207-64 RESOLVED that, because of the death of Mr. James Cameron's mother and Mr. Cameron's excused absence from this meeting thus creating a lack of a quorum present and it being impossible to have the 192nd Special Meeting of the City Planning Commission, the City Planning Commission does hereby resolve that the 192nd Special Meeting be continued on Tuesday, November 17, 1964 at 8:00 p.m. at the Livonia City Hail, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Walker, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution is adopted. Mr. Charles w. walker, Chairman, called the Public Hearing to order at approxi- mately 9:20 p.m. with approximately the same number of interested persons present in the audience as were present at the 192nd Special Meeting. Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Whitehead, supported by Mr. Heusted and unanimoucly adopted, it was #11-208-64 RESOLVED that, because of the death of Mr. James Cameron's mother and Mr. Cameron's excused absence from this meeting thus creating a lack of a quorum present and it being impossible to have the Public Hearing of the City Planning Commission, the City Planning Commission does hereby resolve that the Public Hearing be continued on Tuesday, November 17, 1964 at 9:00 p.m. at the Livonia City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan.
