Section 25 Mrs. Leroy Hysell, 11709 Camden, informed commission that the PS classification shoom North of the C-2 on Plymouth Road east of Middlebelt Road which classification goes to the creek, is incorrect. Section 26 - no comment Section 27 - no comment Section 28 Mr. Joseph Vanzo, 12066 Boston Post Road, representing Tri-Sub. Civic Association, questioned why the subdivision lots have been d' creased in size as far as type of zoning is concerned. Stated most of the lots are 1/2 acre. Residents had this changed from RiB to RU and the reason for this change was to maintain size of lots so that they would not be split. This is being changed right back to where is was before. Mr. Walker stated this change was apparently made by the City Council inasmuch as when this commission made its study this area was laid out as RU. Agreed that RU is more logical zoning. This is being submitted to public now as it was returned to commission from Council. When it is returned to the Council it will have changes made by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission and the Council are apart on a lot of things at this point. Mr. Vanzo stated he objects to this change because it, ,is defeating what residents have taken five years to gain. Thought this did not make for good selling purposes. Lots should not be split in zoning classification. Mr. Walker agreed that this zoning classification should agree with property line. Mr. Walker stated it is the intent of this commission to try to make this zoning map as self-explanatory as possible. When a person picks up this map they will know what exists on the parcel of land.
