HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1966-05-03 t4761 MINUTES CF THE 220TH SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA On Tuesday, Yay 3, 1966, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held the 220th Special Meeting at the Planning Commission office, 13325 Farmington Road; Livonia; Michigan& Mr& Charles W. Walker, Chairman, called the meeting to order at approximately 9:30 p.m. Members present: Charles W. Walker Raymond W. Tent John J. Ward Harry Wrightman Donald Pollock Marvin 0. Moser Myra Chandler Donald Heusted Members absent: Bob R. Whitehead Mr. Michael Tako of the Planning Department was also present. Mr. Wrightman announced that this meeting was called to approve the final plat of Greenwood Farms Subdivision. 4 Upon a motion duly made by Mr. Ward and seconded by Mr. Tent, it was #5-76-66 RESOLVED that the final plat of Greenwood Farms Subdivision located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, be given final approval for the following reasons: (1) It is consistent with the previously approved preliminary plat; (2) All financial obligations have been met; FURTHER RESOLVED, inasmuch as it appears on the records that tatative approval of said proposed plat was given by the City Planning Commission under Resolution 4-64-65 adopted on April 6, 1965; and it further appearing that said proposed plat together with plans and specifications for improvements therein have been approved by the Depart- ment of Public Works, Engineering Division, under date of June 18, 1965; and it further appearing that thefinancial assurances have been filed'with the City Clerk as confirmed by a letter dated April 29, 1966 from Addison W. Bacon, City Clerk, it would therefore appear that all conditions necessary to the release of building permits have been met and the Building Department is hereby so notified. to} 4 4762 A roll call vote on the foregoing resolution resulted in the following: AYES: Ward, Tent, Chandler, Moser, Pollock, Heusted, Wrightman, Walker NAYS: None ABSENT: Whitehead, Mr. Walker, Chairman, declared the motion carried and the foregoing resolution adopted.
