HomeMy WebLinkAboutPLANNING MINUTES 1972-08-08 MINUTES OF THE 268th SPECIAL MEETING HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA On Tuesday, August 8, 1972, the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held its 268th Special Meeting in the City Planning Offices, 13325 Farmington Road, Livonia, Michigan. Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, Chairman, called the meeting to order at approximately 12:30 a.m. Members present: Daniel R. Andrew Charles Pinto David F. Merrion Francis M. Hand Joseph J. Talbot Esther Friedrichs Herman H. Kluver Joseph J. Falk Members absent: Suzanne Taylor Messrs. John J. Nagy, Planning Director; H. G. Shane, Planner IV; and Allen Nowak, Planner I, were also present. On a motion duly made by Mr. Talbot, seconded by Mr. Merrion and unanimously adopted, it was #8-198-72 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 18.58 of Ordinance #543, as amended by Ordinance #988, the City Planning Commission does hereby approve Petition 72-8-8-16P by Joseph St. Cyr for Maney & Burrell Funeral Home requesting approval of all plans required by Ordinance #988 submitted in connection with a proposed addition to the existing Maney $ Burrel Funeral Home located on the east side of Middlebelt Road between Hathaway and Minton, in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 36. Mr. Andrew, Chairman,declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted. On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 268th Special Meeting held by the City Planning Commission on August 8, 1972 was adjourned at approximately 12:35 a.m. CITY PLANNING COMMISSION erman H.
