MINUTES OF THE 338th SPECIAL MEETING
HELD BY THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
;On Tuesday, August 26, 1980 the City Planning Commission of the City of Livonia held
its 338th Special Meeting in the Livonia City Hall , 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia,
Michigan.
Mr. Daniel R. Andrew, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 9:15 p.m•
Members present: Daniel R. Andrew Judith Scurto C. Russell Smith
Jerome Zimmer Herman Kluver Robert L. Morrow
Donald Vyhnalek Sue Sobolewski
Members absent: Joseph J. Falk
On a motion duly made by Mr. Smith and seconded by Mrs. Scurto, it was
#8-216-80 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 8.02 of Ordinance #543, the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Livonia, as amended by Ordinance #1243, the
City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council
that Petition 80-2-8-9 by Howard Binkow requesting approval of all
plans required by Section 8.02 submitted in connection with a proposal
to construct multiple dwellings on the east side of Middlebelt between
Schoolcraft and Meadowlark in Section 24 be approved subject to the
following conditions:
(1) that Site Plan, Sheet No. 1 , dated 8/27/80, as revised, prepared
by Concept 2000, Architects & Planners, which is hereby approved
shall be adhered to;
(2) that Landscape Development Plan, Sheet No. 2, dated 8/27/80, as
revised, and Sheet No. 3, Foundation Planting Plan dated 8/12/80,
as revised, prepared by Concept 2000, Architects & Planners,
which are hereby approved shall be adhered to and all materials
installed on the site prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy
and titereafter maintained in a healthy condition;
(3) that Building Elevation Plan, Sheet No. 7, dated 7/25/80, and Front
Elevation Plan dated 8/19/80, which are hereby approved shall be
adhered to;
(4) that Floor Plan, Sheet No. 3 and No. 4, dated 7/25/80, as revised,
and Sheet No. 3A, dated 8/12/80, revised, prepared by Concept 2000,
Architects & Planners, which are hereby approved shall be adhered
to;
(5) that a final sign design plan shall be submitted to the Planning
Commission for approval ; and
(6) that the pole mounted light fixtures as manufactured by Lightolier
Manufacturing Company, or approved equal , which are hereby approved
ardshall be installed as depicted on the approved Landscape Plan.

IAroll call vote on the foregoing resolution resulted in the following:
AYES: Kluver, Morrow, Scurto, Smith, Sobolewski , Vyhnalek, Andrew
NAYS: Zimmer
ABSENT: Falk
Mr. Andrew, Chairman, declared the motion is carried and the foregoing resolution adopted.
On a motion duly made, seconded and unanimously adopted, the 338th Special Meeting
held by the City Planning Commission on August 26, 1980 was adjourned
at 9:20 p.m.
